Ridhish K. Patel is the Founder and Chairman & Managing Director of ArMee Infotech Limited. Under his leadership, the Company has evolved from a regional IT infrastructure business into a diversified digital and green infrastructure enterprise serving Government departments, PSUs, BFSI institutions and enterprise customers. With over two decades of industry experience, he has been instrumental in building strategic partnerships, expanding the Company’s market presence, and driving long-term growth initiatives across technology infrastructure, renewable energy and emerging business verticals.
Ami R. Patel
Executive Director – People, Culture & Governance
Ami R. Patel is an Executive Director of the Company and has been closely associated with the ArMee Group’s growth journey for over two decades. She oversees human resources, administration and governance initiatives, with a focus on talent development, employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Kousik Chattopadhyay
Group CFO & Strategic Finance Advisor
Kousik Chattopadhyay is a seasoned finance leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning corporate finance, governance, compliance, business transformation and strategic planning. Prior to joining ArMee, he held senior leadership positions with Apollo Tyres Group, Adani Group and NSDC. He leads the Company’s financial strategy, capital planning, governance, risk management and investor readiness initiatives.
Brijesh Vora
President, Government Business
Brijesh Vora leads ArMee’s Government Business vertical and is responsible for driving growth across Central Government, State Government, Education and Public Sector engagements. He brings deep expertise in government procurement, channel development, strategic partnerships and business expansion.
Nirmalya Banerjee
President, Renewable Energy & Capacity Building
Nirmalya Banerjee leads ArMee’s Renewable Energy and Capacity Building businesses. He brings over three decades of experience across renewable energy, power electronics, e-governance, community development and skill development initiatives.
Vihang Pathak
President, BFSI & PSU Business
Vihang Pathak leads the Company’s BFSI and PSU business vertical. With more than 20 years of experience in IT infrastructure and technology solutions, he has held key positions with leading global technology companies and drives strategic account management and large-scale solution deployment.
Aruna Maheshwari
Chief Finance Officer
Aruna Maheshwari is a Chartered Accountant with over 14 years of experience in financial management, accounting, taxation and business finance. She oversees finance operations, treasury management, financial reporting and internal controls while supporting strategic business growth.
Bindiya Shah
Vice President, Human Resources
Bindiya Shah leads the Human Resources function and brings more than two decades of experience in talent management, workforce planning and organizational development. She focuses on building a high-performance culture and scalable people practices.
Purnima Jain
Company Secretary & Compliance Officer
Purnima Jain is responsible for the Company’s corporate governance, secretarial functions and regulatory compliance framework. With over 13 years of experience in corporate secretarial practice, capital markets and regulatory compliance, she brings expertise in IPO management, SEBI regulations, corporate governance and statutory compliances.
Bhavna Patel
President, Commercials
Bhavna Patel heads the Commercials function and is responsible for procurement, supply chain management, logistics, warehousing and vendor partnerships across the Group. Her leadership ensures seamless execution of large-scale projects while maintaining commercial discipline.
