Our IT Infrastructure solutions include providing IT hardware and software, their installation and integration, and maintenance of the installed IT infrastructure. We ensure seamless transitions by offering functional training for the IT infrastructure we install. Our proven track record includes setting up ICT labs, smart classes, digital infrastructure for public distribution systems, mobile workforce management, and digitalization of primary agriculture credit societies. These projects are undertaken for specific contractual periods.

Under our IT managed services, we offer technical manpower, skill development training, and annual maintenance services. Our employees provide on-site and off-site operational support and maintenance of IT infrastructure as specified under relevant contracts. These services are typically delivered under service level agreements, with payments made at pre-defined intervals or as per contractual terms.

Certain activities in our projects, such as site preparation, electrification, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, are provided by third-party service providers, including ArMee Technology Services Private Limited (ATSPL), our wholly-owned subsidiary.
