Being a seasoned professional in Business Development, prior to ArMee he served key roles in account mining, and relationship management, at industry giants like Lenovo, Samsung, and AMD. He carries significant achievements, like cracking major projects, and receiving prestigious awards from various MNCs. His expertise in IT Hardware and Software Solutions, customized Solution Delivery spans across diverse customer segments, including Government BFSI, Defense, Education, and PSU.

Head - Renewable Energy & Capacity Building
Nirmalya, having over three decades of professional experience with demonstrated history of working in Power Electronics, Capacity building, e-Governance, Community development, and Renewable energy, leads AIPL’s Renewable Energy & Capacity Building vertical. He has proven working experience with Central and State Governments, and PSUs. He has worked with reputed organizations such as Epoch, Skill Academy, Hindustan Latex, and CII. His expertise in Govt. relationship management, project conceptualization, and relationship management has been instrumental in driving business growth and achieving organizational objectives.
